E-Rate Strategies, LLC was formed in 2003 and has built a strong reputation in New England as a leading provider of E-Rate support services to schools and libraries. E-Rate Strategies is a vendor neutral, for-profit company that offers E-Rate application support to schools, school districts, and libraries nationwide. Jill Leavenworth, President of E-Rate Strategies, has been working with the E-Rate program since it’s inception in 1997.

The E-Rate program makes unique demands upon applicants. It is important that every applicant for E-Rate funding be knowledgeable about the technology expenses eligible for reimbursement under program rules. E-Rate Strategies brings over 30 years of telecommunications and technology expertise to every application it prepares, protecting its clients from errors that could cost a school district or library critical funding.

E-Rate strategies has been consulted by E-Rate program officers regarding the implementation of program policies and regulations, and Jill has been invited to New Jersey & Washington D.C. to make recommendations regarding the expanding role of consultants in the program.

In addition, Jill Leavenworth is a nationally recognized speaker. Her energetic and educational workshops at the AAGP conference in Scottsdale, Arizona and the NH Society for Technology in Education conference in Nashua, NH packed meeting rooms.

Prior to starting her own firm, Jill spent 25 years as a Telecommunications Director with such companies as WHDH-TV in Boston, Au Bon Pain and Open Market. Jill has a B.A. in English with a minor in Linguistics from UMASS/Boston and holds a Certificate in Telecommunications & Technology from Northeastern University.
